> **Pros**: To their credit, support (\[sensitive content hidden\] from Customer Success) was responsive and honest in writing about the bugs — he confirmed the malformed output was "not expected behavior" and that the content duplication issue "shouldn't be happening." That level of directness is rare.

> **Cons**: Nearly every generated article needed a full manual rebuild before I could publish it: markdown-style links (e.g. \[text\](url)) instead of valid HTML, which broke pages on publish, and Hebrew-language slugs/URLs generated incorrectly on almost every article. On top of that, Soro published a new article that fully duplicated a topic already live on my site — exactly the "keyword cannibalization" the product claims to prevent. These weren't one-off bugs; they recurred throughout the entire year I was subscribed.

The output quality never matched what was advertised, and non-Latin language support (Hebrew, in my case) was broken the entire time. When I cancelled and asked for a prorated refund of the unused months, the company's own support team agreed in writing that the bugs shouldn't have happened — but still refused any refund beyond their standard 14-day window, even though the defects affected the whole billing period, not just the first two weeks. If your content isn't purely English/Latin-alphabet, be aware this was an unresolved, ongoing problem.
