Safe Academy 360, an optional add-on, is $25 per month per academy plus $5 per month per certified coach, with no setup fee. With dual pricing, the card price includes a clearly labeled service fee paid by the member, so the academy does not pay the card processing cost.

> **Pros**: Roll Payments handles everything a gym needs in one place: memberships, recurring billing, family accounts, check-ins, class schedule and trial bookings. Dual pricing is built in, so we stopped absorbing card fees. Families on one account get one combined charge instead of several. Failed payments and past-due students show up on a “needs attention” list, so I’m not chasing them through spreadsheets. Payments land in our account without extra steps.

> **Cons**: Reporting could go deeper. I sometimes want custom date ranges and exports beyond what’s on the page. A few settings take a couple of clicks to find. The product also changes quickly, so staff need a short refresher after big updates.
