Catch regressions before they affect deliverability

A DNS change that breaks SPF or removes a DKIM selector does not announce itself. MailAegis scans your domains twice daily on paid plans and compares each result to the previous valid state. If anything meaningful changes, you get an alert within 12 hours. Not a weekly digest. Not a next-morning summary. Twelve hours.

A score that means something

Each scan produces a numeric score built from SPF (up to 30 points), DKIM (up to 20), DMARC (up to 35), and MX (up to 10), with a history component on paid plans. A grade of B or higher means your authentication stack is configured correctly. A D means something is wrong and deliverability is at risk. The score does not go green to make you feel good — it reflects the actual state of your records.

See every sending source in your DMARC data

On Pro and Agency plans, MailAegis ingests the aggregate DMARC reports sent by Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Fastmail, and other receivers. Every sending source that touched your domain shows up in the Top Senders table: message count, alignment rate, rejection count, and status (Authorized, Unknown, or Blocked). An "Unknown sender" row with 0% alignment is the kind of thing you want to know about before it turns into a phishing complaint.

Monthly PDF reports, ready for clients

Paid accounts get a PDF report generated automatically at the end of each month. Agency plan holders can white-label these with their own branding and hand them to clients without any extra work. The report covers domain score history, record status, open findings, and DMARC aggregate data.

No noise. Just what changed.

The findings feed surfaces only real changes detected across scans: a BIMI record that disappeared, MX routing that shifted, a DMARC policy that weakened. Each finding is tagged by severity and record type. Nothing is listed because it might matter. Everything listed does matter.

MailAegis parses the XML reports that Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other mail receivers send to your domain, and turns them into a sender breakdown: who is sending on your behalf, their alignment rate, and how many messages are being rejected or quarantined. Up to five verified domains, 90-day DMARC data retention.

Agency ($79/month) is built for client work. Up to 25 verified domains, everything from Pro, and monthly PDF reports that can be white-labeled with your own name and logo before you send them to clients. DMARC aggregate data is retained for 365 days, with an intake cap of 10,000 reports per month. Scan history and alerts are kept for a full year.

Each plan also has a total domain creation limit beyond the verified-domain count: Free up to 3, Solo up to 10, Pro up to 20, Agency up to 75. Unverified domains do not consume monitoring capacity.
