The system has grown and improved noticeably in the time we’ve used it. We’ve just reworked our entire lead journey together, and our requirements were treated as the spec, not squeezed into a template.

Reporting is great and you can intervene into any of the chats in realtime if you see a question is asked that you know the bot cannot answer (if you use the lead connector app you will get notifications on your phone every time someone messages) 

You can also connect all your social media accounts and post to all at one time without any additional cost- You can then choose if you want to boost those posts to gain more traction
