> **Pros**: I own a hotel.  Readytotalk was very easy to onboard,. I use it to take the calls for me and give all the basic information in a more natural language than the recorded messages that I always hated.  I could easily tailor the message with all the important information that I needed to give. English is not my first language, but the bot took care of that for me. It is very affordable option, and it can talk interactively with my customers which means that I could give more information about my business, which includes directions, reviews, and any other important information about the city and the activities that can be performed during the stay at my hotel.

I also wish readytotalk could surf Internet, and give more information (sometimes live news) about any questions that customers asked. But I'm glad to hear from their team that these features are coming up in your future, looking forward to those.

It set itself up from our website, so it already knew our services. For the price it has more than paid for itself in recovered prospect conversations, and it makes a lean team sound fully staffed.

> **Cons**: I would love a direct CRM integration so new inquiries drop straight into our pipeline. For now I add them from the text summary, which is quick but manual.
