Whenever I have a question about the product, I have an answer in under 10 minutes, so the customer service is top notch. They do these great webinars every few weeks so I can learn more about EOS and the product. The company uses their own tool and shows. Things just make sense. The product continues to evolve with active features that are awesome. The ability to add To-Dos, Issues across Teams is super user friendly which is nice when running a fast paced meeting. We just started using Projects and since it already a part of Strety, it is already paid for, To Dos in the same place, etc. > > **Cons**: I really don't have anything here and it is a required field.
