Branded galleries. Themes, colors, and a cover so clients see the studio from the first screen, not a generic album.

Online selection. Clients pick photos and video in the gallery, mark album and print choices, and hide images they do not want.

Guided extras. Photographer suggestions highlight frames worth adding; an optional one-time offer can appear at the right step in selection.

Access control. Each gallery has its own password. Previews can carry a watermark. Clients review in the browser; print-resolution originals stay locked until the photographer delivers.

- **Pricing Details**: PixiProof is priced in two ways that can sit on the same account: pay per published gallery, or a Studio pooled-storage subscription. List prices are shown in the account currency. Checkout may add tax. There is no print-lab commission and no bundled print store.

Welcome gallery. The first gallery can be published up to 1 GB without charge and without a card. That is meant to run a real client job, not as an unlimited free plan.

Pay per gallery. You choose a storage tier and a hosting duration when you publish. Tiers are 1 GB, 3 GB, 10 GB, 25 GB, 50 GB, and 100 GB. Durations are 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months. The gallery expires at the end of the period; you can extend it. You can move to a larger storage tier before publish if uploads would exceed the limit. Occasional or seasonal volume usually stays on this model.

Published list, lowest cell (1 GB / 1 month) and highest cell (100 GB / 12 months), by currency:

United States and other markets billed in USD: 4.00 USD to 50.00 USD per gallery.
United Kingdom: 4.00 GBP to 50.00 GBP per gallery.
Eurozone outside Poland: 4.00 EUR to 50.00 EUR per gallery.
Poland: 5.00 PLN to 200.00 PLN per gallery.

Studio. Studio is a shared storage pool on the account, 100 GB or 300 GB, billed monthly or annually. Annual list equals ten times the monthly list (two months included versus paying monthly twelve times). It fits creators with many concurrent galleries who want one recurring invoice. You can stay on pay-per-gallery and add Studio later.

Card fees on galleries. When a gallery is paid by card, checkout adds the card-processing fee on top of the list price so the published list is what the platform receives. Paying a gallery from an account wallet does not add a card fee on that payment; the processing fee on wallet top-up is absorbed by PixiProof.

In-gallery extras. Optional photographer suggestions and a one-time extra-photo offer can sit inside the client gallery. PixiProof does not take a commission on those sales.

Who pays what. Plan prices and wallet are in the photographer account currency. When a client pays for a gallery, the charge uses that same currency.

Support on billing questions is by email; a person answers, usually the founder. The full matrix is on the public pricing page; cells above are the published list, not a quote, and can be confirmed in-app at checkout.
