So you just have to hide the name and that is a pain. Sometimes when you have a problem you can't reach anybody by phone but they are getting better about this,

> It can be very hard at first but you just have to work with it and do your best and if you mess it up you have to call in and hope whoever answers the phone can help you. Somthings are a little tricky but it does get easier.
