## Overview

### Key benefits of BookProofs Designer

\* Lays out a spread or a whole album in one drop with FlashDesign auto-layout, which analyzes image aspect ratios and orientations to distribute batches of images across spreads.
\* Avoids manual resizing by generating export files at the correct dimensions, bleed, and specifications for 65+ print labs.
\* Preserves original photo compositions through justified layouts that build spreads around the exact shapes of supplied photos, so no image is cropped to fit.
\* Protects original files through a non-destructive external editing workflow; images sent to Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, or a custom editor are never altered, and Lightroom exports return through a watched Return Folder with crop and placement intact.
\* Accelerates template selection and layout customization with 2,450+ hand-crafted templates that auto-switch based on image count, covering every common page size and aspect ratio with inversions and variations.
\* Allows studios to build and save proprietary layouts through a visual drag-and-drop template editor with smart snapping and a reusable custom template library.
\* Reduces quality-control errors before submission through live DPI monitoring, missing file detection, and pre-export reports.
\* Lowers total cost of ownership with a one-time $249 purchase, no monthly or annual fees, lifetime updates, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
\* Provides full design evaluation at no cost through a free demo with unlimited projects, all templates, FlashDesign, and the template editor, requiring no credit card or login.
\* Supports flexible workstation setups through second-monitor support, allowing the Photo Library to open in its own window independently of the design canvas.
\* Speeds up image selection and organization through Photo Library filtering by star rating, color label, and folder, plus sorting and search by file name or folder name.
