Know your margin before you cut a stem. Every arrangement is priced to the stem, with wastage, labour, markup and VAT, so the price you quote is a price you can defend.

Catch a price rise before it eats a booked job. When a supplier's price moves, every booked order and event that uses that stem is flagged by name, while there is still time to talk to the client or swap a stem. Nothing is rewritten behind your back.

Quote an event in one step. A priced wedding or corporate event becomes a proposal at a private link; your client accepts it online by typing their name, and you are notified at once. Your costs and margin never leave the studio.

Work from one set of numbers. Counter sales, events, proposals, invoices and stock all use the same recipes and prices, so nothing has to be typed twice and nothing drifts apart.

Keep your invoicing program and your till. Invoices go out through the program you already use, including Oblio, SmartBill, Pennylane, Lexware Office or Stripe, or straight to ANAF as a Romanian e-Factura. Counter sales work with the cash register and card terminal you already have.

Stay on top of the week from your phone. Reminders before each event, accepted proposals, low stock and invoice deadlines reach you on your phone and by email, and each person on the team chooses their own.
