It increased our project success rate by over 33%. Large companies with PMO teams should use this to drive standard methodologies based on what works at that company over time. Updating templates (Recipes) with lessons learned is how PMs can improve success and no other tools support this. The organization needs to commit to the platform. With the internal collaboration, issue and risk management, and task assignments all on the platform, there is little reason to ask for Powerpoint updates, spreadsheet tracking of tasks or other 1990's approach to project management. Executives should use the tool to review status, make decisions that are assigned to them (issue or risk) and watch the dashboard. This will free up the PMs to focus on managing the project but it is also a BIG change being asked of Executives.
