After a year of use it is a staple app for me. My day starts by opening Intrix and I think it is a great hub for conducting business. The support team is nice and helpful and they do quite a few pro-bono tweaks to the app when requested.
Pros
Ease of use is probably the most important feature. When I found out that I can get task reminders and automated emails, I was delighted. It made my work more concise and just more professional in general.
Cons
I would like a time tracker for tasks that are paid for by the client on a time investment basis. Although the app is great, it does force you to be concise in your use of the app and that was a bit of a struggle in the beginning.
Reasons for Choosing Intrix CRM
Clickup although cheaper was way too hard to start using in a productive way. And the data import was unnecessarily hard. I also had a hard time understanding what is what and where my tasks and projects are in the app.Switched From
