> **Cons**: Unfortunately, they were bought out by another company and have gone downhill.  Support is often unable to assist with issues.  Billing is frequently incorrect.  The parent company is trying to move functions out of Kayako.

> I will never go back.  They are massively overpriced.  Renewals are fraught with misleading comments and empty promises.  Billing is often problematic.  There are also core functions missing from their cloud product.

You can organize your tickets to come to different departures. &#10;4. You have a history log of all your tickets and communications on them.&#10;5. The app is cool for its price.

> I have been using it for support purposes of the software that I and my team were developing. It is cool and we organized our tickets very easily. Everything was organized by departments and everyone could see his or her own tickets. I think it is a cool tool for supporting purposes.
