I highly recommend Asana, I am constantly setting it up when clients aren't using a project management platform or if someone is starting out working freelance on projects it's such a great way to have a dashboard for your virtual office.
Pros
I really love how productive it can help you, seeing the different aspects of each task and knowing where you're at in the process, as well as how you can manage your content and work as a team has been an essential aspect of my scaling in my business.
Cons
There are aspects of the platform I'd like to utilize but being budget aware I am not able to do this yet because of financial obligations and it would be nice to have access to the features even in a limited way.

Having been reluctant to try yet another task management tool I have quickly become fully enamoured with Asana. Its simple and opinionated design felt like a hurdle but now it feels like an enabler. Compared to so many other related tools, Asana integrates your workflows and gets out of your way. Really great tool!
Pros
Its opinionated design philosophy works incredibly well when you begin to integrate task, work and team management functions.
Cons
It is expensive - especially when there are so many 'free' options available, but that being said it is easy to justify the cost through time savings as the tool is just so freaking efficient!

Complex product, hard to rollout, not for large teams. However for smaller teams working on many projects at once, Asana can be a temporary solution until growth.
Pros
Personally, I am not a fan of Asana. It is far too complex to rollout to large teams. However, for small teams with many projects such a product teams, it can work well.
Cons
The ability to launch the product to large teams is extremely hard. It is a very robust platform. However, customer support is great.
