Square Point of Sale is a cloud-based POS solution for use with iOS and Android devices, or Square’s own point of sale hardware. The software allows users to manage customers, transactions, inventory, invoicing, and payments, with additional tools for managing customer loyalty, marketing, employees, and payroll.
Square offers magstripe, chip, and contactless card readers for accepting payments via debit and credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Square Virtual Terminal enables payment collection through a computer, which allows merchants to key in card details so that no card reader is required.

I use to have just a Cash Register with departments and switching to Square not only improved my...
I use to have just a Cash Register with departments and switching to Square not only improved my check out and ordering process but also let me add as many terminal as I need. Fees are reasonable and deposited fast.
Pros
This Software is very friendly and easy to implement.
Cons
I'm currently using Square for Restaurants and I will like to have some changes in Modifiers that in case to be selected then request more information.Today i.e. if someone orders 2 or more eggs y have to use a modifier to define how they want them in order not to make the list of options too long. And had happned that some one have selected Scramble (but not selected eggs) what becomes a problem at pick up.

I find when integrating with Noterro( my client management software) the transaction times out and I need to close app and restart it occasionally.
