> **Pros**: It is remarkable that it is an excellent software, it has a very useful interface for the user and its administration is not so complicated, its price is very accessible and it can be customized to adapt to the organization, leaving aside these details, it was very useful and eligible for its integration with Xero, which I support a lot in the administration department.

> **Cons**: Until now there has been no problem that prevents the use of this software, however, only a suggestion that generates a negative comment, it is the portability of customers and invoices that in some cases is not easy or comfortable, but it is not bad to die, in general terms this software can continue to grow in the market.

> First I'd like to say your support is top notch, from my experience.  However, the functionality seems a bit lackluster in the following areas:
1. Invoice options. Can only send an email when an invoice has been generated/payment failed.  No options for the invoice is overdue by x number of days, etc.
2. Dunning.  Very limited - only 3 options (retry failed payments, auto email for card expiry).
