> First I'd like to say your support is top notch, from my experience.  However, the functionality seems a bit lackluster in the following areas:
1. Invoice options. Can only send an email when an invoice has been generated/payment failed.  No options for the invoice is overdue by x number of days, etc.
2. Dunning.  Very limited - only 3 options (retry failed payments, auto email for card expiry).

We were looking for a payment and invoice system, as well as Customer Management. ChargeOver fit us, and we're very happy.
