Kudos really helps to build team morale. I love seeing everyone call each other out for the great work their doing, and I think that kind of feedback makes people work harder. Sometimes teams can be a very segmented. With kudos, you can easily see what other teams are working on, fostering an atmosphere of engagement and communication.
Pros
Your hard work turns into cold, hard, cash!
I like that you can choose from kudos-branded or company-branded rewards!
I like that you can choose to send your kudos privately or publicly.
I like that you can endorse a kudos someone else has sent.
I like that you get kudos on your birthday!
I like that you can't send all your kudos to one person, forcing you to spread it out.
Cons
I wish unused kudos could roll over to the next month.
I wish adding giphs to a post was easier.
I wish that clicking the +K button actually added additional kudos.
I wish there were more Canadian-specific Kudos rewards.
I would like to get a reminder email towards the end of each month, reminding me to use up the last of my kudos.

Rewarding
Reviewed on 05/09/2023
Pros
It's rewarding to send colleagues Kudos to recognise good management or appreciation for their work.
Cons
Sometimes Kudos feels very formal which can influence what I write on there but that isn't a critique, merely an observation. In the same vein, it also feels social in terms of how we can see other people rewarding Kudos etc.

Naturally, every human beings need for some sort of encouragement in life carrier. One of the best software which motivate us beyond extra miles, I've ever seen is Kudos. My specific experience; I got an exceptional vote from our CEO for attending a hard meeting with governor while all telecom operators were switched off due to security situation. As a result of my long discussion with governor, MTN was the first operator which restored and I was motivated by our CEO.
Pros
It is well designed in 4 categories with clear explanations and easy use
Cons
To be frank nothing is least likely in this software

If Only You Could Give Kudos to Kudos!
Reviewed on 25/07/2023
Pros
I enjoy using the Kudos platform. It's a great way to commend your colleagues for a job well done. It's bright, interactive and fun to use.
Cons
As much as I enjoy using the platform and think it is a great way to be able to recognize your colleagues for a job well done, but when you work in such a small office like myself, I find that the program will stop you from issuing gratitiude to colleagues by the end of the month. I am not able to give them excellence for thie effort, it basically says I've given my alloted to this colleague. I also wish there was a way to assign a random number instead of specific increments.
