Buddy Punch is a great product that has allowed us to better track our technicians hours. They are on the road 3-4 days a week and Buddy Punch helps us know where they are when they punch in/out and whether they are staying on schedule. It's a great product at a great value!
Pros
The software is a good value, easy to use, and the support team is very receptive to suggested changes or add-ons. We've seen several suggestions become a reality which is uncommon when dealing with other software companies.
Cons
The app isn't the best, but we do ask for it to do a lot. From GPS tracking to facial recognition; there are good features, but with phone updates, the app has a tendency to lock up.

We have only been using this software since 1-1-2022 and for the most part it have been very useful for everything that I have need it to do for me. If we need help or have a question [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been able to reach out to our contact person and they have been very helpful.
Pros
I can see at any point and time when an employee punchedin or out daily, payroll period, monthly total hours etc.
Cons
I really wish under reports that I can pull a report such as when did each employee start working for the company. To be able to pull a report showing each employee with other HIS reporting information that is used for various information

Out dated and we were using a couple different systems to do what we can with Buddy Punch. Your software was very user friendly and easy to learn and set up.Reasons for Switching to Buddy Punch
we looked at 4 other systems as well. I have personally worked with ADP Workforce(would not work for our needs), WorkDay (not user friendly), ADP could not track driver and other projects that we were looking for. You gave the option of several ways of tracking our field employees if need be such and satellite per stop, per driver etc.Response from Buddy Punch

Pros
I like how it keeps up with our time and we can access our time/edit when we need to.
Cons
*photo capture doesn't work half the time and we have to close out and open it back up
*wish it was on every computer that way we can clock in/clock out when we actually need to instead of having to wait for the one computer to be available to use it

My overall experiences with Buddy Punch and its representatives have panned out to be more positive than not. After a few attempts to clearly explain my concerns in the past, communicated needs were met without disappointment.
Pros
Whether we have two or ten employees, Buddy Bunch's Time Tracking, Vacation/ Leave Tracking, and Analytics features are most helpful with bi-weekly payroll. Buddy Punch has never failed to assist me with those annoying payroll problems that interrupt workflow.
Cons
There are no features that are missing to date. I feel that Buddy Punch integrated well with our current payroll processes; therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
