About Miro
Miro is a visual workspace for innovation that enables distributed teams of any size to dream, design, and build the future together.
Miro enables distributed teams to come together to synthesize information, clarify complex ideas, and make decisions faster.
On a Miro Board, teams develop strategy, design products and services, and manage complex workflows all throughout the innovation lifecycle. When you look at a Miro Board, you can see hundreds of collaborators moving through the space as named cursors on the screen designing, contributing ideas, providing feedback, and co-creating together with shared tools and information.
Miro includes a full suite of capabilities designed for innovation including diagramming, real-time data visualization, workshop facilitation, and built-in support for common product development processes, including agile practices like estimation and retrospectives.
Miro AI extends Miro's capabilities, with AI-driven mapping and diagramming, clustering and summarization, and content generation.
Miro enables organizations to reduce the number of standalone tools, reducing information fragmentation, context-switching, and cost.

Miro has greatly simplified our ability to efficiently prepare for and address issues with current initiatives. It has reduced the need for back-and-forth emails by providing a more engaging medium for sharing information.
Pros
One of the best things about using miro is that it's just like having a virtual whiteboard to write down and draw out your thoughts. We can collaborate, plan, etc. virtually as my team is all overseas.
Cons
However, Miro could improve this service by adding smart groups and data grouping and upgrading live conversation video.

Miro makes digital collaboration easy: from challenging to intuitive and engaging. With its simplified interface and insanely powerful visual tools, even complex projects can feel simple and fun. Through the interface, it feels seamless to bridge the communication gap, and teams can actually picture ideas, track progress, and maintain creative momentum.
Pros
Miro provides two absolutely amazing features that revolutionize virtual collaboration. 1. With its infinite canvas, first, it lets teams work across expanses of visual workspace, so there is no limit to brainstorming, allowing for holistic strategy making. Second, the interactive collaborative tools allow many team members to interact, edit, and contribute at the same time and break down geographical barriers with instant creative synergy.
Cons
Limited to advanced data visualization option. Ongoing complex permission management for larger team members. Occasional performance issues with extremely large boards, however. Limited native integration to generalize some specialized design tools.

I was part of the team which selected Miro for one client, and I regret not fighting harder against the decision to buy it.
Pros
Miro is a nice tool for collaborative whiteboarding and its main advantage is that it's becoming somewhat ubiquitous, which is helpful when working across multiple teams and companies, as I do.
Cons
I consider Miro to be more of a hindrance than a help to my work, mostly because of the obstructive, slow, and "clicky" user interface.

Miro created for us diverse and effective spaces that ensure continuity of collaboration, enabling us to communicate information and ideas quickly, and display and update achievements efficiently.
Pros
Miro is easy to use, perfect for streamlining visual tracking and collaborative planning remotely. With Miro, we connect meeting inputs and organize workflow charts that are understandable to everyone. I loved the ready-made templates that provide the perfect starting point for any idea, ensuring ease of collecting inputs during them and organizing them in an attractive way. I loved the ease of adding updates at any time with documentation, and it is great that the ability to control permissions adds the necessary protection for boards from modifications and tampering.
Cons
Miro is free of negatives, and it is impossible to slow down when adding or collecting elements.

I use for live notes, mind maps, process drawings and presentation design. It's a very versatile tool, super powerfull when you need simplicity and team work.
Pros
The native cloud approach. This is really a space for collaboration. More i like the versatility to "digest" any kind of information, file, image.
Cons
With complex boards it can get slow.
I also would like a function to update image links. This is something missing.
