About Miro
Miro is a visual workspace for innovation that enables distributed teams of any size to dream, design, and build the future together.
Miro enables distributed teams to come together to synthesize information, clarify complex ideas, and make decisions faster.
On a Miro Board, teams develop strategy, design products and services, and manage complex workflows all throughout the innovation lifecycle. When you look at a Miro Board, you can see hundreds of collaborators moving through the space as named cursors on the screen designing, contributing ideas, providing feedback, and co-creating together with shared tools and information.
Miro includes a full suite of capabilities designed for innovation including diagramming, real-time data visualization, workshop facilitation, and built-in support for common product development processes, including agile practices like estimation and retrospectives.
Miro AI extends Miro's capabilities, with AI-driven mapping and diagramming, clustering and summarization, and content generation.
Miro enables organizations to reduce the number of standalone tools, reducing information fragmentation, context-switching, and cost.

Miro has to be one of my favorite software discoveries in the past ten years. It has tremendous potential to change how you work and achieve productivity.
Pros
I love working with Miro solo but it's even better with a collaborator who really commits to making the most of the features that are available. It has made me feel so much more dynamic in my communication and collaboration.
Cons
Miro limits free accounts to just three boards so it's not as easy to attract new users as I would like to because people are less willing to learn a software that they can't use much on their own without paying for a subscription.

For the most part, we've used it as a brainstorming tool since we first started using it. It allows me and my colleagues to reorganize our thoughts in novel ways. Even though we're all working at our desks, it feels like we're using post-it notes on a whiteboard.
Pros
It was a great experience, and I've used him for both teaching and scheduling since I met him. Intuition and teamwork are at the heart of Miro's design. You may use it on any device without having to download any additional software or plugins. A fast learner who can quickly engage a diverse group of individuals.
Cons
The only drawback I can think of is that uploading material such as videos might take a while. In addition, the cost per license for a small business is considerable, although the free basic version is fairly comprehensive.

It’s always a delighting experience for participants to use Miro. With good imagination there is nothing you can’t use it for.
Pros
It’s like an online whiteboard with such a broad spectrum of usage. I find it extremely useful when creating online educational models, where I can have numerous peopleDo tasks simultaneously and give life feedback seeing everyone’s progress. Great features and ready templates
Cons
App is so bad, it’s pretty much just use on desktop in browser for me

Best way to visually collaborate with clients
Reviewed on 17/12/2019
Pros
It helps give us a birds eye view of the projects we are working on. That allows for clients to easily understand what we are doing and give us feedback.
The ability to use colours when adding comments allows us to start associating colours with certain messages which allows one to know if there are things to be attended to with just a glance.
Cons
It tends to require a lot of CPU resources which can be an inconvenience because one tends to use it in conjunction with a design software like sketch/photoshop which also require significant CPU power.

For the past two years, Miro has been an integral part of my work team. Sticky notes, customizable marker colors, drag-and-drop capabilities, and nifty visual aids like flowcharts and mind maps are just some of the features that make this platform stand out.
Pros
I appreciate how convenient it is to make and save various customer journey maps and diagrams. Though I frequently make use of this site for collaboration, I am not familiar with any of its direct rivals.
Cons
When trying to invite others to view a private board, the link doesn't always function on the first try, but other than that, I can't find anything wrong with Miro.
