> **Pros**: I has all the information (documentation, drawings, suppliers, change history) for our products. Finding (search) what I need is fast and easy. Making changes is easy. Since it is internet based, remote access is easy.

> **Cons**: I know of no way to make changes/corrections for typos or spelling errors except by item by item. A global change/correction ability would be very useful.

> I use ARENA PLM every day, often multiple times per day. It is much more reliable and easier to use (less problematic) than the other programs I use, especially the Microsoft office suite.
