I scheduled a demo - then they canceled it and rescheduled it for 7:30am - well that did not work for me.  Then the phone calls started. UGH They were very intrusive. Don't they know that people do not use the phone anymore ? I am surprised they didn't try to fax me.

At work I use it to follow up with leads and keep notes, and it keeps everything organised without me needing extra tools. The interface is clean and I can move around pretty fast once I got used to it. Email integration is helpful too, I can see conversations right inside the contact page. &#10;The workflows and automation save time because I don’t have to manually update every small thing. For the price, it gives a lot of features.

Customization is good but can get overwhelming if you’re not used to CRMs. A few times the system felt slow when loading big lists. Customer support replies, but sometimes it takes longer than I expected.
