About Wrike
Wrike is a cloud based collaboration and project management tool that helps users manage projects from start to finish, providing full visibility and control over tasks. The end-to-end solution takes projects from initial request to tracking work progress and reporting results.
With Wrike, project managers and team leads get an efficient tool to collect and organize project requirements, create project plans, and visualize schedules on the Gantt chart. As work progresses, project plans can be adjusted easily, and all involved teams will get notifications about work changes. The custom report builder helps users slice project data to present results to execs or teams.
With real-time work updates and personal dashboards, each team member will have a clear understanding of their work priorities. As tasks, files, and discussions are retrieved from email threads and unshared spreadsheets and brought to a central workspace, teams can spend more time doing the job instead of searching for work updates and information.

Wrike is one of my go-to applications for working on the go, updating tasks, and providing feedback to colleagues from any Android or iOS mobile device. Applications like email and a virtual task calendar on platforms like Google, Outlook, and Calendar may be synchronized with it.
Pros
I appreciate that Wrike provides us with features and tools to make our jobs easier. I also appreciate how well the graphical interface works, and how you can utilize it to improve your output. I had a great time, and I like the variety of tools and functions available.
Cons
Even if Wrike lacks the features described so far, its usage and application adds value and guarantees the activities without any problems. I would want it to have these features.

IT implemented this system to handle project/programming requests and communicating with other departments about these projects. As an outside department, Wrike has been clunky to use.
Pros
I appreciate that Wrike allows us to manage projects with our IT department. The dashboards are helpful for prioritizing projects.
Cons
It is very easy to get "lost" in Wrike and to have a hard time finding a project, file, etc. The interface is clunky and not user friendly, IMO. I am simply an end user, but I have heard from many other end users in other departments who feel the same way. It could be that my use of the product for a few hours every week is not sufficient to become efficient with it. But after working with the software for a few years, I would have expected to have a much easier time with it, especially with my extensive experience with Excel, VBA macros, SQL queries, Outlook, and implementing other event software solutions for our organization. Wrike just isn't that fun or intuitive...

Great Project Management Product for Small and Midsize firms
Reviewed on 21/03/2022
Pros
Our company tried other project management tools in the past without much success (lack of adoption). However, wrike was the first tool all of our various departments embraced because it is easy to use, powerful, and can be configured to work the way we do.
I can't imagine how we lived without this tool for so long.
Cons
We have very few complaints about Wrike. We have figured out how to make it do everything we need it to.
Reasons for Switching to Wrike
We already had an account with Team Gantt but weren't using it much. We looked into new features it offered as well as Monday.com. We thought Wrike offered the best of all worlds for our various departments. We are very happy we made the choice to go with Wrike.

It is a tool that all departments can use and it is an idea to get the work done faster and without delay. Its different functions allow you to see the progress of tasks, keep track of the time of each of them and add comments to know the details of each member. Wrike allows our projects to be completed in record time and with organization and has made our clients much more satisfied with the delivery times and not only with the final result, but with all the activities carried out throughout the project, attracting more clients to the company.
Pros
With the Gantt chart and the Kanban board, we can easily see how the different projects are being executed and determine if we are working efficiently or if we are behind schedule. The agile method has been very useful for us, because we deliver the tasks as we execute them, to prevent the project from being delayed and to avoid accumulating all the activities for the same time. It can be integrated with email, so that requests from project members and customers can be seen directly in the software, without having to leave it.
Cons
The software and its many features can be difficult to adapt to, so the learning curve can be a bit steep. For some companies it can be costly if they are starting out and have few customers. With so much information on the home page, important notifications can be missed.
