I am pleased with Shopify. When I do find myself looking elsewhere sooner or later I will always return because it's best in class.
Pros
It does what you want for an e-commerce store. It has the highest conversion rate of any e-commerce checkout. It works. It has lots of integrations.
Cons
Though the support is regularly helpful and try to be helpful. You usually have to go through several people to find the right answer. The AI help will end up taking you down routes that don't even exist.

Overall, i would say that Shopify is a great platform and would recomment it to anyone who would like to use it. Mostly for getting stuffs thay are needed from time to time.
Pros
Shopify is a great platform to shop. Generally, i like the ease of using Shopify and the navigation and filtering systems are very okay as they are easy to understanding. As a user, they provide quite a good support and timely too.
Cons
Sometimes, getting refund for returned item might take a while on Shopify. I such cases, the Shopify custermer service comes in but it still takes a while to get your money back. I guess the issue is not specific to them alone, anyway.

Great! Useful in every way. It makes both the business and customer's experience great. Easy to keep track of inventory too!
Pros
How organized they are, every part of their website has a function. You really get your money's worth with all the support and features they have with their systems.
Cons
Expense. It seems bit pricey $12 to pause and build, possibly if they reduced it to half would make sense for business owners.
